Order processing

After the customer completes the payment, he will receive an email with the order status "Processing" later (the payment status of this email will be displayed as "Unpaid", please don't worry). All online orders will be processed within 2 working days. After processing, it is expected that the customer will receive the goods in 3-4 working days.

We will send you a "paid" email confirmation on or before the next working day after verifying the payment (if there is any delay, we will notify you immediately via email or WhatsApp)

Before sending all goods, we will carefully check to ensure that the goods are in good condition before sending them out.

Please note that goods shipped directly from outside Hong Kong may require longer delivery time. Freight charges will be collected by SF Express upon arrival. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
